Phobias are like shadows or ghosts playing tricks on you.
They want so badly, to be alive again so they prey on the
weakest ones. When they walk through you, you get a bit
of both worlds. Repeatitively breathing in like your having
an asthma attack and feeling as though you cannot breath
out. Control is gone while you go into this breif phase of
extreme paranoia and embarassment. Uncontrollable
thoughts of this unpleasant state will soon reach total control
and manipulate your conscience to stay in today, avoid all
situations or locations of where you panic. Your unconsious
mind will try and help you secretly by fading out your conscious
state to depersonalization. This state is not harmful nor
avoidable. You feel you have driven yourself to insanity and
there's only a limited amount of time before you snap. You
beleive you have died but are living in your dreams. Not
being able to snap out of this stoned state of mind. You
feel that the even slightest bit of improvement, is too distant
to even try to start. All you can do now, is wait.....
